Revenue comes mainly from contracting work - paving roads and transport infrastructure and erecting defense, commercial and public buildings - together with acquiring and enhancing land and selling apartments. Smaller streams come from operating long-term infrastructure concessions, producing construction materials, leasing income-producing properties and generating electricity.
