Develops a project to produce oil from kerogen-rich oil shale co-processed with non-recyclable mixed plastic waste, using a licensed pyrolysis technology. It intends to earn money once the production facility is financed and built, by selling shale oil together with electricity from residual heat and by-products such as sulphuric acid and process ash.
